In this 4 week course, we will be exploring how we can use meditation to increase our positive emotions.
Meditation - Appreciation of life - One of the best ways to cultivate positive emotions is to find appreciation for what we have.
Meditation on Impermanence - We know that everything around us is changing, and our minds also change from moment to moment. Nothing in life is permanent.
Meditation on Love - The word love means different things to different people. In this meditation we will use the definition "Wanting others to be happy". Love can be universal and should not be constrained by attachment.
Meditation - Giving and receiving - An advanced meditation to encourage compassion in our hearts and reduce clinging to our own good fortunes.
This topic focuses on the obstacles that arise with a Meditation practice - we'll focus on creating a habit and finding what works for each of us.
